I am a BCRPA Certified Fitness Instructor/Trainer, Third Age Specialist and Nutrition & Wellness Specialist. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years, and it is my goal as an instructor to stay competent and well informed by attending credible workshops and seminars regularly.
I provide specialized group classes that help to develop and meet the needs of the participant. They are designed to improve upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, range of motion, co-ordination and functional performance.
Currently the program offers three types of fitness classes that are designed for three different levels of fitness.
Individuals can also be trained to meet their specific needs and to work independently, at the centre or home. Nutrition and wellness counselling is also provided upon request.
